The DOC-Georgia has implemented policy number; 106.11 whereby inmates are allowed to purchase up to 6 OZ of oils per order, and may not have more than 6 OZ in their possession at any given time, offenders must turn in used bottles before placing a subsequent order. Misuse of anointing oils may be grounds for confiscation thereof, future denial and/or a disciplinary report.

Family members may order via one of these methods:

Call Prime Products and place orders over the phone using a credit card.
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9am – 4pm EST/ Friday 9am – 3pm

Mail-in orders with a check or money order using the order form available for download on this website.
Inmates can mail completed order forms with payment
(check or USA FOREVER Stamps) to Prime Products. 

Please do not tape or staple the stamps. We cannot accept stamps which have been mutilated or damaged in any way.

We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major federal Holidays.
If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message with your name, number, and the best time to return your call during the next business day. You may also place your order through our online store.
Prime Products will process ALL orders with within 3-7 business days of receipt and ship orders once a week on Fridays. It is up to each correctional facility’s discretion as to when the package will be delivered in accordance with GDC policies.
SHIPPING NOTE: Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on Thursday will be shipped this Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff time will ship the following Friday.
